[August 02, 2012] Send a link to a friend Miss Karson Mott stands still as 2011 Logan County Fair Queen Kelsi Ubbenga rests the crown on her head for the very first time. As a Little Miss, Karson will serve the people of Logan County throughout the year by making public appearances representing them.
