'Native Americans Speak' event Aug. 25 at Chillicothe

CHILLICOTHE
-- This year's "Native Americans Speak" event provides an
opportunity for the whole family to learn about Native American
culture from American Indian people from a host of different tribes.
The event will be on Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Shore Acres
Park, Chillicothe.

The activities are presented by the
4 Directions
Healing Foundation, a national Native American charitable and
educational organization made up of American Indian people from
different states and different tribes. The 4DHF organization is based
out of Chillicothe. Aug. 25 schedule:

Storytelling by Fred Shaw and Jo Lakota

11-11:20 a.m. --
Adam Danner and Lionel Little Eagle

11 a.m.-noon --
Kids' time at a side location
