The Lincoln Public Library drew crowds that devoured stacks of books during the library's annual book sale this weekend. People lined up early, coming in both doors to get to the basement for the sale.

Library director Richard Sumrall estimated that approximately 95 percent of the books sold. For what few books remained on Sunday, buyers were offered special deals to carry them away. Another great year for the fundraiser.
