MIDDLETOWN -- Hayden Stanley Duzan,
infant son of Kelly and Jill Duzan of Middletown, died Saturday,
Aug. 25, 2012, at St. John's Children's Hospital in Springfield.

Middletown- Hayden Stanley Duzan, infant son of
Kelly and Jill Duzan of Middletown was placed in the
loving arms of Jesus on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at
St. John's Children's Hospital in Springfield.
Private funeral services will be held at a later
date.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
arrangements.
Hayden was born on August 25, 2012 in Springfield.
Hayden leaves behind his loving mother and father to
cherish his memory; his infant twin brother, Jayme;
maternal grandparents, Jim and Linda Coy of
Jefferson City, Mo., paternal grandparents, Stan and
Judy Duzan of Hindsboro, Il., special uncles and
aunts, Pedro and Alisande Rocha, Las Angles, Ca.,
Chris Coy of Jefferson City, Mo., Stacy and Melissa
Duzan of Findlay, Oh., and Corey and Katie Duzan of
Plainfield, Il., Cousins: Mason Coy, Kinsey Duzan,
and Ben Duzan. Special pets Dozer, Izzy, and
Brownie.
