Narrative from police report indicates the following: A police officer was attempting to make a stop involving unit 1. The driver of unit 1 exited the vehicle without stopping it. The vehicle then traveled unoccupied, leaving the road, entering a residential lawn, leaving the lawn, going back into the roadway, where it struck unit 2, which was parked and unoccupied, before crossing an intersection, entering another lawn and striking a tree.
