FIREPLACE INSERTS 

Jotul North America is recalling Jotul and Scan gas fireplace inserts sold nationwide and in Canada from June 2010 to September 2012. The fireplace insert's electrical wiring can come into contact with the metal rating plate on the insert, posing electrical shock and burn hazards. 

This recall involves four models of Jotul and Scan brand gas fireplace inserts. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

HOME DEPOT MUG 

Home Depot is recalling Homer's All-Purpose Bucket Mug sold exclusively at Home Depot stores nationwide during October 2012. The silver-colored simulated bucket handle below the rim can spark when used in a microwave oven, posing a fire hazard. 

The mug has the words "The Home Depot," "Homer's All-purpose Bucket" and a cartoon character with a utility bucket on the front. The date "2012" and the words "© Mr. Christmas" and "Made in China" are on the underside of the mug. 

Consumers should return the mug to a Home Depot store for a full refund.

CHILDREN'S BED RAILS 

Dream On Me is recalling Dream On Me Bed Rails sold nationwide from September 2011 to May 2012. The bed rail can separate from the mattress allowing a child's body to become entrapped if it slips between the rail and the mattress. 

This recall involves Dream On Me Bed Rails. They have a white metal frame covered by blue or pink mesh fabric and metal arms that extend about 11/2 feet under the mattress. "Dream on Me" is printed on the top rail.

CHILDREN'S BATH SEATS 

Dream On Me is recalling Dream On Me Bath Seats sold nationwide from July 2012 to September 2012. The bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning. 

The recall includes all Dream On Me bath seats. Some of the seats have a Dream On Me label under or on the rear of the bath seats. Model numbers are also printed underneath the bath seats and on the product packaging and can be found at www.recalls.org

LEG PRESS 

Cybex International is recalling Leg Press sold nationwide from July 2009 to September 2012. The weight platform locking mechanism can fail and the backrest can disengage during normal use, posing a risk of injury. 

This recall involves Cybex model 16110 plate-loaded leg presses used in commercial gyms. The name "Cybex" is located on the outer left side of the upper frame. The Serial Number label can be found on the lower main frame near the floor and ranges from D072216110 through G091416110.

METAL CHAIRS 

Grandin Road is recalling metal chairs sold nationwide from September 2011 to February 2012. The chairs' back legs can bend when a seated person leans back. This poses fall and injury hazards. 

This recall involves vintage-inspired, iron chairs with item number 45665, located on the sales receipt. "Made in India" is printed on a white sticker located underneath the chairs' seat.

NAILERS 

One World Technologies is recalling RIDGID Coil Roofing Nailer and RIDGID Clipped Head Framing Nailer sold at Home Depot stores nationwide from January 2012 to September 2012. The trigger assembly on the nailers can malfunction and involuntarily discharge a fastener, posing a laceration or injury hazards.

The orange and gray hand held drill-shaped tools have the name "RIDGID" on the side of the nailers in white type on a black panel. The model and serial numbers are located on the side of the nail tray/magazine where the fasteners are loaded and can be found at www.recalls.org
