[December 10, 2012]  LINCOLN -- Rhonda Lee Rawlins-Hildebrandt, 48, of Lincoln, died suddenly Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at her home.

Rhonda Lee Rawlins-Hildebrandt, 48, of Lincoln, passed away suddenly December 8, 2012 at her residence.

A celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL. with her son, Chad Koke, officiating. Burial will follow in Atlanta Ladies Cemetery, Atlanta, IL. There will be no public visitation.
Rhonda would like for everyone to wear comfortable, colorful, clothing to celebrate her life.

Rhonda was born February 4, 1964 in Lincoln, IL. the daughter of Myron Rawlins and Gitana (Sexton). She married Wayne Hildebrandt on November 5, 2011.

Rhonda chose to be a stay at home mom to her four boys and was the best, most loving, attentive, mom they could have asked for. She loved her children and grandchildren with all she had. As her children grew, she worked as a waitress at Daphne's and, most recently, Mama's Arcade Restaurant on the square. She loved life and touched many people with her smile and her caring nature. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by many.

Surviving are her father Myron (Karen) Rawlins of Atlanta, IL., her mother Gitana Kay Howard of Atlanta, IL., her grandmother Gitana S. Bennett of Atlanta, IL., her mother in law Mary Hildebrandt of Lincoln, IL., her husband Wayne Hildebrandt of Lincoln, IL.; her children: Cory Sexton Rawlins (Christa) of Lincoln, IL.; Cody Jarrett Koke of Cornland, IL., Chad Jordan Koke (Heather) of Indianapolis, IN., Chase Ryan Koke of Lincoln, IL.; Adrienne Christine Hildebrandt of Shelbyville, IL., her grandchildren: Avery Marie and Addison Lee Rawlins, Travis Lee Hildebrandt, and Gabriella Koke; her brothers Brett Rawlins of Lincoln, IL. and Brian Rawlins (Laura) of New Lenox, IL.; and her sister Gina Melick (Matthew) of St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her step father Rich Howard, her grandfather Robert Sexton, her grandparents Joseph and Dorothy Rawlins, her father in law Bernard Hildebrandt, and her uncle Bobby Sexton.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Center at Memorial Medical Center or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
