Heritage Plaza hosts holiday open house

On Saturday several of the businesses at the Heritage Plaza strip mall in Lincoln were trying to spread a little Christmas cheer. They were hosting open houses in their stores or offices, serving up some tasty refreshments, and giving away a number of door prizes.

Chris Coyne, center, chats with guests in the Chris Coyne State Farm Insurance office.

Coyne was offering a drawing for a card table and chair set.


Robin Whitacre, the manager of Shoe Sensation, stands by a table of treats.
Shoppers were also invited to enter drawings for gift cards and the chance to win a microwave donated by Dollar General.

 

Manager Erin Coers, standing, and Cathy Austin of Security Finance were also serving treats to guests.

Niki Van of VI Nails was also ready and waiting for guests and friends to drop in.
 

Nova Evans of Country Boys was taking entries for a $300 shopping spree at the store.

Helping Evans out on Saturday were grandsons Logan, left, and Cannon Talley.
