CEL splits home games with Hartem

[December 11, 2012]  The Chester-East Lincoln Panthers hosted the Hartem Stags in county play on Monday night, and the Panthers came away with a split.

The CEL seventh-grade team won by a score of 31-15. Sam Birnbaum led all scorers with 11, while Will Ewald had nine, Nick Kromry had five, Josh Vinson added three, and Jordan Jacobs had two.

In the eighth-grade game the Stags prevailed by a score of 47-34. Mike Chi and Nathan Podunujec led the scoring for the Panthers with eight each. Drew Martin had six, Riley Ward and Jacob Stauffer had four each, and Sam Birnbaum and Alex Colliver had two each for CEL.
