Jordan Puckett, 28, of Lincoln, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at
home, surrounded by his family.

Jordan Puckett, 28, of Lincoln, passed away December
20, 2012 at home surrounded by his family.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday,
December 26, 2012 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral
Home in Lincoln, IL.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday,
December 27, 2012 at Knoxville Cemetery in
Knoxville, IL. with Rev. Milton Marquith
officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the family and
will be accepted at the funeral home.

Jordan was born March 17, 1984 in Dallas, TX., the
son of Paul and Darla (Soper) Puckett. He graduated
from Lincoln Community High School where he was a
member of the band.
He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago
Bears fan. He enjoyed spending time with his friends.
Surviving are: his parents Paul and Darla Puckett of Lincoln, IL.; his sister
Cassandra Puckett of Lincoln, IL., his nephews Levi and Ryder Blanford of
Lincoln, IL., his paternal grandmother Sherry Westfall of Lincoln, IL., his
maternal grandmother Donna Matheny of Galesburg, IL., his paternal grandfather
Jim Soper of Galesburg, IL., and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather James Westfall and his
Uncle Mitch Puckett.
