  • Dugan, Aaron M., 37, Lincoln, arrested Dec. 16 in the 1400 block of North Kickapoo Street on charges of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and criminal trespass to railroad property.

  • Kelly, David R., 20, Lincoln, arrested Dec. 15 on Delavan at North Sangamon Street on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

  • Lovelett, Brandon R., 21, Lincoln, arrested Dec. 15 at his residence on a McLean County warrant.

  • McCullen, Christopher M., 46, Lincoln, arrested Dec. 17 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.
