Illinois State Scholars announced

Mount Pulaski High School is pleased to announce that six students have been recognized as Illinois State Scholars for 2013-14. The prestigious award, given annually by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, recognized 18,863 high school students
from across the state as this year's State Scholars.

Illinois State Scholars rank in the top 10 percent of high school seniors from 749 high schools across the state. Selection is based on SAT, ACT and Prairie State Achievement Exam scores, as well as class rank at the end of the junior year.

The students named as Mount Pulaski High School Illinois State Scholars are:
