HCC's Lincoln Center offers community ed. classes

[February 04, 2012]  Heartland Community College's Lincoln Center will once again offer a variety of community education classes -- back by popular demand -- for students and community members.

Beginning in February and continuing through the spring, Heartland's Lincoln Center will offer accounting, computer and technology classes from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Specific class titles and dates include:
  • Getting Started with HTML,
    Feb. 13 and 15

  • Getting Started with Word 2010,
    Feb. 20 and 22

  • Getting Started with iDevices,
    March 12

  • Getting Started with Digital Cameras,
    March 14

  • Getting Started with PowerPoint,
    March 19 and 21

  • Getting Started with Excel 2010,
    April 2 and 4

  • Accounting Fundamentals,
    April 16, 18, 23 and 25

Because some of these classes correspond with others, anyone enrolling in three or more classes will receive a 10 percent discount for each class.
