Feb. 4

  • 12:59 a.m. -- Called to the intersection of Maple and Fifth for the extrication of victim(s) from a vehicle

  • 8:59 p.m. -- Called to the 900 block of Wyatt Avenue for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries.

  • 9:33 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 1000 block of North Madison.

  • 11:19 p.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 100 block of Southgate.

Feb. 5

  • 5:12 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 100 block of Omaha Avenue.

  • 5:35 p.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 1700 block of Delavan Street.

Feb. 6

  • 11:10 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 1600 block of North Ottawa Street.

  • 11:15 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 1500 block of Pekin Street.

  • 4:16 p.m. -- Assisted police or other governmental agency in a call to the intersection of North Logan and Broadway Street.

  • 5:46 p.m. -- Responded to an unintentional transmission of an alarm in the 1900 block of North Kickapoo.
