Umphrey has been a valuable asset in recruiting and enrollment as an LCU admissions counselor for the past two years. As associate
director, he will coordinate recruitment programs, work on strategic
planning and manage special projects.
Umphrey is a 2005 graduate of LCU's business administration
program. Before returning to LCU in 2009, he worked at State Farm
selling mutual funds. His experience taught him that providing the
best service possible will help people trust you.
Umphrey commutes to Lincoln from his home in Bloomington, because
he wants others to experience the same excellent education that he
received as a student.
Umphrey said, "I love the campuswide investment in the students."
Established in 1944, LCU has grown to offer a variety of degree
programs in its three schools -- Seminary, School of Undergraduate
Studies, and School of Adult & Graduate Studies. Classes are offered
on campus, on-site in Normal, Peoria and Las Vegas, and online.
