[February 18, 2012]  Looking for a simple way to stay healthy and have a good quality of life in your later years? A Christian Village seminar on Thursday will help you discover five easy diet changes that can make that happen.

The event is part of American Heart Month.

At the seminar, registered dietitian Katherine Rosner, Christian Village dietary supervisor, will discuss tips on heart-healthy foods.

The presentation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Senior Apartment (Congregate) Building at the Christian Village.

Refreshments will be served.

Although the seminar is free, seating is limited. Those interested in attending should call Marcia Cook at 732-2189 to reserve a spot. The first 10 to register will receive a prize.
