Arthur F. Awick, 100, of Lincoln, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at St.
Clara's Manor.

Arthur F. Awick, 100, of Lincoln, Died Sunday,
February 19, 2012 at St.
Clara’s Manor in Lincoln.
A funeral service will be held at Holland Barry &
Bennett Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday,
February 25, 2011 with Pastor Steve Blaum and Pastor
Carroll Richards officiating. Burial will follow in
Old Union Cemetery, Lincoln.
Arthur was born December 16, 1911 in Lincoln. The
son of John and Katherine Awick.
He is survived by nephews Dale Awick and Larry
(Debbie) Awick, nieces Shirley Klockenga, Marilyn
(Joe) Hayward, LaVonne Morrow, Myra (Curt)
McConnell, and Nancy (Richard) Canova.
Arthur was preceded in death by his parents,
brothers Lawrence Awick and
Leslie Awick and sister Edith Awick.

He was lifelong resident of Lincoln as well as being
a lifetime member of the
Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Lincoln.
He retired from the dietary department of the
Lincoln Developmental Center.
Memorials may be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian
Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
