Kleinschmidt named CEO of Hartsburg Bank

[February 22, 2012]  HARTSBURG -- Kim Kleinschmidt has joined Hartsburg State Bank as chief executive officer. Kleinschmidt brings 35 years of banking experience to the position, 19 in executive management. He will be responsible for providing overall bank leadership.

Raised on a farm north of Lincoln, Kleinschmidt is familiar with the area and farmers' needs.

He is a past member of the board of directions of the Illinois Bankers Association, past president of Villa Grove State Bank, past CEO of First National Bank of Arenzville and currently president of the congregation of Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln.
