Maintenance of the station and apparatus

Station repairs from the ceiling falling in have not been completed, we have temporarily placed ceiling tile in to help save on the energy bill as a cold draft enters through the ceiling. Draft stops were replaced on a couple of doors to help with energy efficiency. A water leak from an unused pipe in the floor is beginning to show signs of corrosion and is need of a plumber.
