Romney visiting SC and Fla. in quest for votes

[January 12, 2012]  (AP) -- Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is hosting an early morning meeting with voters in Greer, S.C., before attending a rally in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Jon Huntsman is visiting two states as well on Thursday, attending a GOP breakfast on South Carolina's Daniel Island and then going to an evening fundraiser in New York City.

Rick Perry has events in Blythewood, Orangeburg and two other South Carolina towns. Rick Santorum is capping a day of events with an evening town hall meeting in Charleston, S.C.

Newt Gingrich has two early afternoon events in Columbia.
