In Logan County Case No.
2010-CF-17, James D. Skelton was sentenced pursuant to a plea
agreement to eight (8) years in the Illinois Department of
Corrections for Burglary, a class 2 felony. This eight year
sentence for Burglary shall be served consecutively to a five
(5) year prison sentence that James Skelton is currently serving
on a 2009 McLean County case.

County Case No. 2009-CF-79, James Skelton was sentenced pursuant
to a plea agreement to two (2) years in the Illinois Department
of Corrections for Driving While License is Revoked, a class 4
felony.
