Contributory causes: driving too fast for conditions and weather

Citations issued to: Figueroa was ticketed for driving too fast and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Blaue, Louise M.., 18, Oak Park, arrested Jan. 21 in the 200 block of Stahlhut Drive on charge of aggravated battery.

  • Davis, Frank A., 31, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at his residence on charges of intimidation and disorderly conduct.

  • McPhail, Matthew J., 19, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 21 in the 700 block of Keokuk Street on a Menard County warrant.

  • Slayton, Thomas A., 19, Mount Pulaski, arrested Jan. 21 on Ninth at North Union on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charges of an ordinance violation and illegal consumption of liquor by a minor.

  • Spaugh, Richard D., 42, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 at his residence on charge of criminal damage to property.

  • Yarbrough, Julie A., 23, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 on First at Elm on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Reves, Courtney C., 30, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 at her residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
