Grains futures, livestock prices mixed

[January 26, 2012]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 4.75 cents to $6.3825 a bushel; March corn rose 2.25 cents to $6.3250 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.9450 a bushel; while March soybeans fell 4.25 cents to $12.1575 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.25 cent to $1.2555 a pound; March feeder cattle fell 0.32 cent to $1.5455 a pound; while February lean hogs rose 0.53 cent to 86.55 cents a pound.
