By the end of the day on Saturday, the two interior walls of the viaduct on South Kickapoo had undergone a complete transformation.

There was a lot of work and effort put into this, and the outcome thus far looks really nice.

Vinyard said the project isn't completely finished, but it is very close, and plenty good enough that folks in the neighborhood can look at it and enjoy it.

With the viaduct reopened to traffic, folks can drive through and take it all in from their cars.

From a distance it is easy to see the depth of the picture, with large balloons close and smaller balloons drifting off into the distance.

A few clouds in the pale blue sky make the scene more lovely.

This one is still a work in progress, but it holds promise of being something really neat.
