  • Babbitt, Justin T., 18, Atlanta, arrested July 3 in the 1200 block of 1150th Avenue, Lincoln, on charge of retail theft.

  • Bland, Mary M., 22, Clinton, arrested in the 1000 block of North College Street on charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Coppinger, Taylor R., 21, Lincoln, arrested July 5 in the 500 block of Third Street on charge of domestic battery.

  • Evans, Michael S., 30, Beason, arrested July 4 on 22nd Street at Grand Avenue on charge of having no valid driver's license.

  • Tungate, Milburn, 62, Lincoln, arrested July 3 in the 1000 block of Wyatt Avenue on charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Ford, Andrei, 50, Greenview, arrested July 3 at the Sangamon County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Spain, Clayton H., 22, Springfield, arrested July 3 at the Sangamon County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal trespass to a building.

  • Walker, Joseph C., 37, Middletown, arrested July 4 in the 300 block of North Grove, Middletown, on charges of obstructing a peace officer and aggravated assault.
