[July 11, 2012]  COLUMBIA, Miss. (AP) -- Four people -- including three teenagers from the same family -- have died in a one-vehicle accident in southern Mississippi.

Marion County Sheriff Berkley Hall says three victims died at the scene and the fourth died at a Hattiesburg hospital.

Hall says 14-year-old Dustin Young suffered burns and later died at the hospital. He identified the other victims as 16-year-old Cody Young, 17-year-old Brittany Young and 22-year-old Matthew Case. The Youngs were from Marion County, while Case was from Louisiana.

Brittany Young's mother told Hall that her daughter also was pregnant.

Hall says the accident occurred about 6 p.m. Monday on a county road near the New Hope community. He says the vehicle ran off the road, hit a tree stump, exploded and burned.

The accident is under investigation.
