Organizations requesting funds should
provide the following information:

What the funds will
be used for.

How the use of
funds will bring more tourists to the county.

What publicity will
be used to attract tourists.
-
An approximation of
attendance by out-of-county visitors.
-
Whether the
organization has a 501(c)(3) designation.
-
Bylaws of the
organization.
-
Most recent
financial report, if available.
-
Whether they've received hotel-motel
tax in past years and if so, when and how much.
The funding requests should be submitted to the Logan County
Board, P.O. Box 39, Lincoln, IL 62656; or delivered in person to the
county board office at the Logan County Courthouse. The deadline is
4 p.m. July 25.

Requests will be reviewed by the committee on July 30 at 11 a.m.
in the County Board Room at the courthouse. Those submitting
requests are welcome to attend.
