[July 17, 2012]  Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois is announcing its Community Needs Assessment Survey. Community Action asks that residents fill out this short survey available online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PJ3SX7Q.

All surveys must be completed by Sept. 15.

Through the community needs assessments, Community Action can prioritize the needs of local communities and assess the available resources and service providers. The survey aids in the assessment and planning process, allowing the agency to coordinate around the areas of greatest need and ensure that both providers and low-income families are matched up appropriately.

The agency is also contacting public officials so that they can share their experiences with assistance requests from their constituents.

Community Action provides services to low-income families and seniors in six central Illinois counties: DeWitt, Fulton, Logan, Mason, Menard and Piatt. For more information, visit www.capcil.org.
