[July 21, 2012]  SPRINGFIELD -- The Springfield Clinic Sleep Disorders Center is hosting an open house Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at their Main Campus to unveil the expansion completed in May. The new facility is on the first floor in the East Building, 1025 S. Sixth St.

The center now features six private, hotel-style suites, each with its own shower and state-of-the-art sleep monitoring system -- combining state-of-the-art medical technology with a warm and inviting atmosphere. These renovations provide a comfortable, pain-free sleep-testing experience unparalleled in the surrounding sleep community. The Sleep Disorders Center also offers nighttime and daytime studies to better meet patients’ needs.

At the free event the public is invited to tour the new facility and join in the celebration of the recent five-year accreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
