The weekend was packed with activities. Saturday afternoon featured a parade sponsored by Sons of the American Legion of Logan County and themed "Small Town USA."

The parade began near St. Peter Lutheran Church and ended just past the Whistle Stop Library/Depot, weaving through all the major streets in town. Many residents hosted visiting friends and family gathering in front of homes all along the route for a real small-town celebration.
