[July 25, 2012]  Leslee Moore was named the June Employee of the Month at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Her willingness to always help is what led Moore, who works in environmental services, to be nominated for the June Employee of the Month honor by her co-workers.

"She is always willing to help. She is very quiet but she always does such great work. Leslee is a very good person. She takes changes as they come and is always a hard worker. She is a very calming force and so darn sweet. I have seen her interact with patients and they all love to talk to her when she is in their rooms," said her co-workers in her nomination.

Moore was born at St. Clara's Hospital in Lincoln but spent most of her life from the age of 3 in Hartsburg. She called Lincoln home for several years but has since returned to her hometown of Hartsburg after her youngest daughter left for college. She has one daughter, Kim, and six grown stepchildren: Penny, Melissa, Christa, Alan H.J., Sam and Amanda.

Moore has worked at ALMH for five years. One of the reasons she likes working there is that she likes talking to a variety of people.
