Logan County water conditions and restrictions

Send a link to a friend

[July 25, 2012]  Logan County Emergency Management Agency is taking a proactive role during this severe dry spell by contacting area communities to see how they are coping with their water supplies. Some areas of Logan County are on top of the Mahomet Aquifer, which has a good supply of water year-round. Other communities, mostly in the southern part of the county, do not have the aquifer for their use and must rely on drilled well water. EMA would like to keep citizens abreast of the water levels in their area and also keep people informed of any restrictions that may be in effect.
