Selling Two Tracts of Land located along Interstate I-55 West of Lincoln, IL.

Parcel One: 21.25 Acres
Parcel Three: 13.977 Acres

 

AUCTION TERMS: Selling two parcels of land located in Sections 27 and 34 of Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Logan County, IL. Buyer(s) to enter into a written agreement on the day of the Auction requiring 10% of the purchase price as down payment with the balance due at closing. Closing will be on or about August 15, 2012. The cropland is subject to a 50-50 lease and the new Buyer(s) will receive the Landlord’s share of the crop and pay Landlord’s expenses. Possession will be given on February 28, 2013. Each parcel of this farm has been assigned a number based on a certified land survey conducted by Michael Foster, dated 4-12-12.
