First responders didn't need to pretend it was a taxing exercise. The heat was on, and the fireproof gear they wear is very warm and weighs about 60 pounds when they are fully suited.

Lincoln Rural arrives with what looks like some kind of portable swimming pool.

As they continue to work, it still isn't clear what they will use this for.

Eventually though, it will be easy to see how this type of water delivery system works.

Firefighters gather and get prepared for the next phase of the exercise.

Two victims lie in the grass, one appearing to be unconscious.

The LRFPD tanker truck arrives.

The yellow pool is quickly filled with water.
