As sometimes happens, a victim
is found late in the day, and a local police officer doesn't think
twice about doing his part to bring the young man to safely.

This is a typical means of one person carrying
another. The young victim is hoisted onto the police officer's
shoulders and carried to the water bath. |

Once there, he is laid out on a hard board.
|
Then he is secured to the board so that he cannot roll off. |

... then carried through the de-con tent.
|

|
Coming out of the tent, he will go through a
triage with an on-site paramedic. In this case the young man
is having difficulty breathing. His vitals are checked, he's
given oxygen and put on the list of victims to be taken to the
hospital.

is now over.
