Seggelke, education director at Sylvan Learning Center in
Springfield (and a regular substitute teacher in this area),
helped students at New Holland-Middletown celebrate Dr.
Seuss' birthday Friday.
Dressed in his red and white hat,
Seggelke read a story to the
students, brought gift bags for students and teachers, and
donated a book to the library.
McDonald's in Lincoln generously donated to gift bags for
NH-M and Lincoln students.
The Berg Corp., which operates all the Sylvan Learning
Centers in this area, planned to read to nearly 1,700 children
at events Friday.
