Tuesday was the second day of National Lutheran Schools Week at Zion Lutheran School in Lincoln.

It was "Beach Day" and "Special Persons Day." Students dressed in shorts, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. They also invited grandparents, friends and other family members for Special Persons Day.

A highlight of the morning was a concert by David Paul Britton.

Students in kindergarten through eighth grade participated in "Jump Rope for Heart" in the afternoon, to raise money for the American Heart Association.
