Jackie Baker and Theresa Richert served as the greeters and ticket takers for the event.

 

 

Lincoln Mayor Keith Snyder leads the Pledge of Allegiance, along with Main Street Lincoln board president Seth Goodman and executive director Wanda Lee Rohlfs.

Mayor Suzie Aper of New Holland spoke about a new business in New Holland: Slackers. She expressed joy in seeing the main street filled with cars as diners flock to the new eatery.

 

Bill Post, on behalf of the village of Middletown, talked about the 1911 landing of the airplane Vin Fiz.

Chuck Conzo, Lincoln city treasurer, shared trivia about the City Hall building in Lincoln.

 

 

Jenye Tribler of the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce talked about the 100th anniversary of the chamber.

Joe McCormick, mayor of San Jose, talked about the town first being called Allen's Grove and its unique position of sitting in three counties: Logan, Mason and Tazewell.
