Main Street Lincoln presents 'Red Carpet Weekend'

[May 03, 2012]  Main Street Lincoln invites the public to enjoy historic downtown Lincoln during the upcoming "Red Carpet Weekend." Friday through Sunday, visitors can browse the historic charm downtown Lincoln offers along with great specials, drawings, decorated storefronts and more.

Plan to join the highlighted event, the annual LCHS Grand March on Saturday at 6 p.m. Attendees of Lincoln Community High School’s prom will walk the red carpet on the east side of the Logan County Courthouse before they enter the courthouse and then exit on the south side.

Main Street Lincoln, a volunteer-driven organization, is hosting the weekend, showcasing eateries, antique stores, thrift stores, one-of-a-kind shops, nightlife and entertainment, along with plenty of services and businesses.
