[May 04, 2012]  LEWISTOWN -- Dickson Mounds Museum will present "Mother's Day Gift Ideas," a free program for kids 5-14 years old, on Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. Participants will spend the afternoon learning about Native American lore and creating great Mother's Day gifts.

This is an opportunity for dad to give mom a few hours to herself. Dads may also want to take advantage of this occasion to browse the gift shop at the museum, which has a selection of jewelry, books, Museum Society artisan goods, and other gifts.

No reservations are required for this free program.
