RECREATIONAL VEHICLES 

Kawasaki USA is recalling Teryx Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles sold nationwide from August 2011 to March 2012. The recalled products have been incorrectly labeled as having a higher occupant capacity than is safe. Operating the vehicle with additional occupants creates an injury or death hazard. 

The recalled vehicles are model year 2012 Kawasaki four-wheel recreational off-highway vehicles with side-by-side seating for two people, automobile style controls, with model types Teryx 750 FI 4x4, Teryx 750 FI 4x4 LE, Teryx 750 FI 750 4x4 LE SGE and Teryx 750 FI 4x4 Sport. The model type is printed on the hood of the vehicles. 

Consumers will receive a replacement glove compartment cover stating the correct occupant capacity in the mail.

TEA LIGHT HOLDERS 

Christmas Tree Shops is recalling Farm Glass & Metal Spiral Tea Light Holders sold exclusively at Christmas Tree Shops from July 2011 to March 2012. Due to the design of the product, the tea lights can burn with a high flame, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves a decorative spiral tea light holder made from a painted glass with a red, orange, and green floral design. SKU/UPC number 000015931955 is found on a label on the bottom of the glass. 

Consumers should return the item to any Christmas Tree Shops store to receive a full refund.

RIDING MOWERS 

Exmark Mfg. is recalling Exmark Quest 42" ZRT Riding Mowers sold nationwide  from March 2009 to April 2010. Bearings supporting the riding mower’s deck can fail and cause the deck to interfere with the operator’s controls, resulting in a crash hazard. 

This recall involves 2009-2010 Exmark Quest ZRT riding mowers with 42-inch mower decks, model number "QST20BE422" and serial numbers ranging from 790,000 through 860,652. The model and serial numbers are on a metal plate behind the seat. 

Consumers should contact an Exmark dealer to schedule a free repair and/or to check if the repair has already been made to the mower.
