Prom participants begin to gather
on the courthouse lawn in Mount Pulaski around 4
p.m.

The sun was shining brightly on this beautiful
Saturday afternoon of the Mount Pulaski Prom March. |

Some students found a little relief
under the shade trees on the courthouse lawn,
while some decided to stand right in the sun!
|
Let's get this show on the road, some were
thinking as they made their way into the back entrance of the
courthouse.

A familiar site high above Mount Pulaski is the
backdrop for the crowd awaiting their turn in the grand march.

Friends and neighbors Marissa Mattingly and
Stephanie Bailey anxiously await their turn up the courthouse steps.

Look who showed up to see all the big girls in
their pretty dresses! These little princesses gathered on the
courthouse lawn while celebrating Cori Clark's birthday. Oops, there
is one little handsome prince, too! He was apparently happy he
didn't have to wear a tutu. |
