Suspect arrested in Logan County Animal Control burglary

[May 11, 2012]  On Tuesday, Chad A. Sparks was arrested in regard to an alleged burglary at the Logan County Animal Control building. On Wednesday, Judge Thomas Harris set Sparks' bond at $75,000 (10 percent).

A formal charging decision by the state's attorney's office remains pending at this time.

All individuals are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
