[May 19, 2012]  DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The Lincoln College women's golfers finished play in the NJCAA Women's National Golf Championship at Daytona Beach on a positive note. According to coach Carol Wilson, they did a terrific job considering the torrential downpours and wet conditions they had to play in three out of the four days.

Ellen Turner finished up her career at Lincoln College by qualifying for the national championship for the second consecutive year and finished 13th as an individual with scores of 88-92-90-95. Katie Frye posted scores of 90-98-96-89 to finish 15th as an individual, and Kendra Butler went 96-104-109-90 to wrap up the 24th spot among individuals.
