Heartland reaches championship game in Region 24

SPRINGFIELD
-- The Heartland Community College baseball team defeated
John Wood CC 9-1 in the semifinals of the Region 24 tourney on
Saturday to reach the championship game Sunday afternoon at 4
against either John Wood, Parkland or Danville.
