Sunday afternoon the Lincoln
Futbol Club ended their spring season by hosting all games
throughout the afternoon. The LCF is one of only four soccer
fields in this region that is large enough to host a game day.
With games beginning at noon and ending around
7:30, the day saw action on four full fields and two half-fields all
afternoon long. Teams
participating were from Canton, East Peoria, El Paso,
Eureka, Germantown, Hollis, Legends, Limestone, Lincoln, Morton,
Morton MYSO, Olympia, Pearce, Pekin Pride, Pekin Soccer, Peoria
Academy, Peoria Christian, PSC, Roanoke, Sunnyland and Washington.
