This spring there are 16 new flowerpots scattered around the business side of the downtown square. The pots were donated to the city by the Lincoln Rotary Club at the request of Mayor Keith Snyder. Last Wednesday the From the Ground Up group, with the help of Alderwoman Jonie Tibbs and husband Harry, filled the planters with flowering ornamentals and placed them around the square.
