Area Agency on Aging for Lincolnland to host public hearings

[May 25, 2012]  SPRINGFIELD -- The Area Agency on Aging for Lincolnland has scheduled public hearings on the fiscal 2013 amendment to the area plan for fiscal 2012-2014. The purpose of the public hearings is to accept testimony from interested individuals pertinent to the amendment for fiscal 2013.

The public hearings are scheduled as follows:

• June 7, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
  Athens Public Library
  410 E. Hargrave St., Athens

• June 7, 4-5 p.m.
  Golden Age Center
  111 W. Third St., Beardstown

• June 11, 11 a.m.-noon
  Greene County Senior Center
  320 N. Fifth St., Carrollton

Copies of a public information document containing the summary draft of the area plan are available for review prior to the hearings.
