NOVEMBER 6

GAS GRILLS 

Guangdong Vanward Electric is recalling Gas Grills sold at Lowe's Stores nationwide from November 2011 to May 2012. If improperly installed, the hose connecting the gas tank and regulator to the burner control can touch the burner box and cause the hose to melt and rupture when the grill is lit. This poses a fire and burn hazard. 

This recall involves Master Forge four-burner gas grills with a single-door base. "Master Forge" is written on the grill's hood. The model number GD4825 is located on a label inside the door of the grill's base. "Item 94227" is written on the cover of the instruction manual.

NOVEMBER 7 

SCUBA DIVING HOSES 

Innovative Scuba Concepts, Trident Diving and A-Plus Marine are recalling High pressure scuba diving air hoses sold nationwide from August 2011 to August 2012. The diving hose can rupture reducing the available air supply to the diver, posing a drowning hazard. 

The recalled air hoses have production date codes stamped into the metal fitting that attaches to the regulator with the following codes:

Innovative Scuba Concepts: 11Q3, 11Q4 and 12Q1
Trident Diving Equipment: T0811, T0911, T1011, T1111, T1211, T0112, and T0212
A-Plus Marine: 11Q3, 11Q4, and 12Q1

OFFICE CHAIRS 

Sauder Woodworking Company is recalling Gruga Office Chairs sold nationwide and in Canada from August 2009 to September 2012. The seat plate can break, posing a fall hazard. 

The recalled chairs are entertainment, executive, manager's and task chairs with the brand name "GRUGA -- Seating from Sauder." Complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

DIAMONDBACK BICYCLES 

Diamondback Bicycles is recalling 2013 Diamondback Steilacoom RCX bicycles sold nationwide from August 2012 to September 2012. Bicycles assembled with incorrect headset parts could cause the steerer tube to fail, causing the rider to lose control and fall or crash.

Bicycles included in the recall are the 2013 Diamondback Steilacoom RCX, which are black in color and sold in various sizes ranging from 50-cm to 59-cm. "RCX" is printed on the top tube of the bicycle 

Consumers should take the bicycle to an authorized Diamondback dealer to have it inspected.

FIREPLACES AND INSERTS 

Monessen Hearth Systems is recalling Signature Command™ (electronically) Controlled Direct and B-Vent Gas Fireplaces and Inserts sold nationwide from October 2011 to October 2012. A control component in the fireplaces and inserts can prevent the unit from lighting though gas continues to flow, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves electronically controlled Majestic, Monessen and Vermont Castings direct-vent and B-vent gas fireplaces and inserts. Models included in the recall have serial numbers range from 11-X-027322 to 11-X-031501; 12-X-000275 to 12-X-015206, 11-P-032597 to 11-P-059389; and 12-P-000202 to 12-P-037583.

GLIDER ROCKERS 

LaJobi is recalling Graco®-branded Avalon Glider Rockers with Ottoman and Complete Nursery Solution (CNS) Box 2 / Katelyn Nursery Solution Glider Rockers sold nationwide from December 2009 to October 2012. The base of the glider rocker can crack or break, posing a fall hazard. 

This recall involves two models of wooden glider rockers: Graco-branded Avalon and CNS Box 2/ Katelyn Nursery Solution Glider. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

ELECTRIC RANGES 

LG Electronics is recalling LG Electric Ranges sold nationwide from January 2006 to June 2010. Burners on the electric ranges can fail to turn off after being switched off and the temperature setting can increase unexpectedly during use, posing burn and fire hazards. 

The recalled ranges involve models LRE30451, LRE30453, LRE30755, LRE30757, and LRE30955ST. Serial numbers can be found at www.recalls.org
