 The seventh-grade squad (2-4) earned a 40-17 victory over the
visiting Terriers behind Zach Morris's 11-point, 12-rebound,
four-assist performance. Jack Eimer scored nine and grabbed five
steals. Also scoring for WLB were Carter McCraith and Will Tiffany
with seven each, Payton Batley with four, and Shane Shumard with
two.
The eighth-grade team (5-1) won 42-8 behind another double-double from
Alex O'Donoghue, who had 10 points and 11 rebounds. Casey Mollohan
added nine points and seven boards. Also scoring in the win were Zac
Montcalm with eight, Preston Ebelherr with seven, and Nate Sprague
and Josh Henderson contributed four points each.
The Wolverines will travel to Hartsburg to face the Stags on Nov.
